Your builder and Hausman Plumbing, Inc. have invested significant time, energy and effort to provide you with a topnotch plumbing system.

The following information explains the components of the plumbing fixtures and system in your home. Please review it carefully. The conditions under which Hausman Plumbing, Inc. will provide warranty service are listed below.

When you call to request service, we will need the following information: Your name, street address, telephone number and project name.

Our customer service department will schedule the next available appointment for you. Please note that non-emergency service is performed only during Monday through Friday with an arrival window of 7:30 am to 11:00 am.

Saturday and evening appointments are not available

We’ll be happy to provide service for your home for any non-warranty items you may have in the years to come! As we have installed the original plumbing systems in your home, we are fully equipped with a large inventory of parts and products for ease of maintenance, upgrades or replacements.

Our service technicians DO NOT work on a commission basis. You WILL NOT be subjected to oversell or scare tactics.

Our rates are $150.00 for the first hour of labor and $95.00 per hour thereafter. All materials are priced separately. Please note that these rates are subject to change without advance notice.
